Agent Leadership Council (ALC)
The ALC is the leadership for the Keller Williams Realty Market center and are held to a higher standard of practice. Each year the member agents of Keller Williams Emerald Coast Market Center vote for representatives to serve on the Keller Williams market center’s Agent Leadership Council (ALC). To be eligible to serve on the ALC an agent has to be ranked in the top 20% for production within the market center. ALC members are charged with setting annual market center goals, initiatives and programs and then monitoring the progress toward achieving the desired results. Dale Witter Dale has been selling residential real estate for 15 years. Prior to moving to Destin almost six years ago, she sold in the Memphis market for nine years. During that time, Dale has earned three designations to enhance her knowledge of the residential market. Dale’s focus is mainly on luxury homes and condos in the Destin, Sandestin and all areas of the 30-A corridor. She strives to help people make educated decisions about real estate.
Laurie Hollowell-Meeker Laurie was born in Pensacola and has lived along the Emerald Coast all of her life.She attended Florida State University. Upon graduation, she started working in various hospital fields as a Registered Nurse then she became a Home Health Nurse and worked in that industry for many years. She actually became interested in real estate as a child as she observed her father working as a realtor selling land and property. Her mother who taught school for 30 years encouraged her to move to Destin and become involved in real estate. She took her mother’s advice and upon moving to beautiful Destin in 1999, obtained both her Realtor’s and Broker’s license. She placed her license with Keller Williams Realty Emerald Coast, and received the ‘Rookie of the Year’ award for the region. Laurie comments that she feels honored being one of the founding agents at the Destin office of Keller Williams Realty and that the “the last 8 years here have been the most interesting …and rewarding years of my life.”

Robert Bonhardt I’ve been involved in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate for the past 15 years, in the Destin and surrounding areas. I moved here in 1979, so I’ve seen many changes. Having owned and operated local businesses before entering the real estate profession, I understand needs from both sides of a transaction. Some of the projects I’ve been involved include CVS Drugstore with adjoining retail center (Hwy 98 & Holiday RD), Mack Bayou Center (office community adjoining Sacred Heart Hospital), Callahan’s Restaurant site selection, and Trustmark Bank parcel (fronting Home Depot).
