Sandestin is definitely a unique and wonderful place to live or own a vacation condo. Although the community is comprised of mostly single family homes it also has some of the best condominiums on the beach along the Emerald Coast. The community is basically a little city within its own compound with a variety of amenities with three golf courses, Baytown Wharf with restaurants, entertaining and shopping, multiple pools, a Hilton hotel and a full service marina.
